1: Watch or Read Inspirational Stuff.

Sometimes all it takes is a moment to change your mood and inspirational videos or articles can help you bring that moment to reality. So start reading some inspirational books or try to watch some good inspirational videos around.

2: Watch the Sunrise or Sunset with anyone You Love.

Don’t do anything else. Just sit and watch the nature and you will feel the joy with in couple of minutes. And if you feel comfortable enough, then you can slowly start a conversation and spend more time with your loved one. You know what; spending time is the best way to build a relationship.

3: Think about somebody and Write something about him/her; On a Paper.

When was the last time you sat up and wrote something about somebody? Not on your laptop or computer, but on a paper. If you say, its been a while, then try to write something on a paper, now! Writing on a paper has some positive effect on your brain.

5: Get your body moving.

Turn on the music and shake your body or twist it or jump around. Do whatever you want but make sure to get your body moving. Run or walk to keep your heart working faster, its good for you and you will live longer.

Remember, it’s not how longer the experience of happiness lasts that matter, its having many but small happy moments in life that matters a lot.
